Subscriptions and cancellation

1. Three-day free trial

Your trial starts when you first enter the authenticated Nunc app and lasts exactly 72 hours. It requires no payment method and does not convert automatically. You receive full planner access during the trial.

If you do not subscribe, the planner becomes read-only at trial expiry. Your tasks remain visible and are not deleted. If you subscribe before expiry, billing starts immediately and the remaining trial time ends.

2. Subscription choices

The annual price is displayed as €7.99/week for comparison. It is one annual payment of €407.49—not a weekly charge. The weekly figure is display copy; checkout clearly shows the single annual charge before payment.

Prices are denominated in EUR. The hosted checkout shows the final amount, applicable tax treatment, merchant details, and renewal cadence before you confirm payment.

3. Automatic renewal

A paid subscription renews automatically on the same weekly or annual cadence until cancelled. The payment method held by the merchant of record is charged at renewal. You can review the next renewal date and current status in billing settings.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel through the hosted billing-management link in account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not remove access immediately: you keep full planner access until the end of the period already paid for.

After that period, Nunc becomes read-only and preserves your existing tasks. Deleting the account also attempts to cancel any renewable subscription before product data is removed.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we or the merchant of record may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method. Nunc provides a 72-hour grace period before becoming read-only. Access is restored when payment is confirmed.

6. Plan changes and pricing updates

Switching directly between weekly and annual plans is not initially supported. Cancel the current plan and choose another after the paid period ends. If subscription pricing changes, existing subscribers receive reasonable advance notice before the new price applies at a renewal.

7. Refunds

Payments are subject to our refund policy, the merchant of record's terms, and mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
